Bricks Completed, Plaster Started

I have had a really busy week at work putting in a new phone system then training users on how to use it. So it has been almost a week since my last update.

I went past the block on Monday night. Not much had changed from the weekend. There were a few more bricks done but not much more. It was too dark by the time I got there to take any photos.

I was unable to go past on Tuesday after work as I didn’t finish work until close to midnight after swapping the old phone system out for the new system.

I went past the block on my way home from work. When I got there I found that the plumber had been and run all the pipes for the inside of the house ands installed the solar panels for the hot water system. More bricks had been done and they were nearly completed the brick work. I also found that they had put the plaster for the ceiling in place. Below are some photos that I took.

On Thursday, I went past on the way home from work. Once again it was beginning to get dark. They had completed the brick work and the eaves had been started. I took a few photos, however it was getting dark so most didn’t turn out too good. Below are some that were ok.

Today, I had a phone call from the site supervisor to let me know how things are going. He said that the bricks were finished yesterday and the eaves were started and would be finished early next week. He also said that the plaster should be finished next week. I went past on the way home and found that all the insulation in the walls had been put in place and the insulation for the ceiling was in its bags in the roof ready to be laid out.
