Today, I went past the block and noticed my fence had been erected on the side that the neighbour had sent me a request to build a fence. Below is a picture of the fence:
The fence is a 1.8m Pailing fence. I imagine the neighbour on the other side won’t be far off asking for a fence to be built on the other side of my block, as the two units being built next-door have been at lock up stage for a while. Hopefully they propose a 1.8m fence that will match the fence that has just been erected.
