My name is Scott. I am 22 years old and have been saving to build a House for the past 4 years.
Today, settlement occurred for the 1/4 acre block of land I purchased in the Eastwood estate in Bairnsdale. The block is relatively flat with a very slight slope from left to right. Below is a photo of the land taken when I first spotted the block:
I Plan to build a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom house on the block. I will be choosing a plan that allows me to add an alfresco to the outside of the house after handover. The alfresco will have a Timber deck flooring.
I am really excited about building my new house and can’t wait to get started. Unfortunately, I have to pay off the last of my car loan before I am able to borrow enough to build on my block.
